Do you love to laugh? Well, you have come to the right place... or profile, or whatever. I love to laugh and I love to make other people laugh. I have even dabbled in amateur stand-up comedy, which is a lot of fun. I have been told I am pretty funny, but I have also been told I am pretty offensive, so I guess it all depends on your perspective and how uptight you are. So if you are uptight, STOP READING NOW. YOU WILL NOT LIKE ME. ;P Hmmm... how to describe me... I hate doing that. I should get my best friend to write this stuff because she knows me better than I know myself in many ways, and she can be objective much more easily than I can. But here goes... I am a broad-shouldered stocky guy. As far as appearance goes, I get most of my compliments on my eyes, my smile, my legs, and my chest. And my wit. And my brain. I am a pretty intelligent guy and I like to use my brain a lot (hopefully not for evil). I am the somewhat crazy uncle to four young nephews, and "daddy" to two extremely willful miniature dachshunds. I have the ability to make friends easily, and am usually pretty good about putting people at ease when I first met them.

I don't have any preconceived notions of a perfect date or a perfect relationship, because everyone is different and what might be perfect for one woman won't necessarily be perfect for another. The only thing I want for any relationship is good communication about what we both want, because being clear from the beginning makes things easier for both of us. It would be great if the woman I meet would have a life of her own but want me in it. Hopefully she would like my friends, my family, my dogs and my cooking. It would be great if she was able to carry on a conversation about a wide variety of topics, and was unafraid of expressing her ideas and opinions. I am the type of person that enjoys a woman who has a strong intellect and sense of curiosity, who wants to learn new things and would want to expose me to new ideas as well. Last but not least, she should be comfortable with her ideas, her sexuality, and her body. Is her physical appearance important? Yes, but you might be surprised at what I find attractive and what I don't. And personality and intelligence are extremely important to me. I think that's a pretty good place to start.
