I am a fellow who deeply appreciates the simple things in life. The old saying is true "the best things in life are free" if only you have eyes to see. I believe that we in this country are blessed with an abundance of riches and "to whom much is given, much is also required".

Sometimes I like to just sit in the "quiet" and listen to the Earth. There is nothing like getting on the "Appalachain trail" and going far enough in so that one can no longer hear the sounds of civilization ( cars, tractor trailer trucks, motor cycles, air craft, etc.) or sitting by a stream and listening to it chatter. This, at least to me, is "church". It's where "God" lives.

I have spent a lifetime seeking someone who, like myself, can appreciate life's simple pleasures, but who also has the curiosity to appreciate the more complex side of the natural world.

Whew, boy that was mouthful! Anyway, I would love to find someone who is unselfish, believes in sharing and is not shallow. In our country, at this particular time in history, these characteristics are so rare as to be almost impossible to find.

I know it's said that opposites attract, but that attraction later repels and destroys the relationship. Wouldn't it be better to have two people who give to each other unselfishly and have enough depth of character to accept each others differences and actually enrich the life of your partner.

I don't give a hoot about social status or income level, I would just like to find a an attractive, intelligent, socially responsible, loving caring lady. Tall order!
