I never used to care very much about politics. Then I went to a religious high school run by right-wing conservatives and decided that, as a woman, I want and need more rights than they are willing to give me. It saddens me how many girls my age I see driving around town with "Bush-Cheney" stickers on their cars. So, I suppose frustration and those darn right-wing republicans inspired me to be a Lefty.

I'm very klutzy (born with two left-wing feet ) so I don't play sports much. I like watching them, though, (especially basketball) and I like reading, watching movies, listening to most kinds of music (just not country please), and foreign languages.

Obviously a Democrat (otherwise why would I be here, right?) and someone who can listen to another opinion without getting preachy. Someone who's not intimidated by smart women. Someone close to my own age . I don't really know any more specifics so we'll just have to figure it out as we go.
