I am an earthy intellectual who enjoys writing, walking, music, cooking, and some socializing. I teach part-time at the college level, do some contracting, and am working on a book on the topic of "home." I am happy and healthy, though frustrated with our country's political direction.

I am looking for a companion who is healthy and happy and can think for themselves. Someone who enjoys the natural world and is interested in the world of ideas, art, and music. Maturity, not age, is important, though between age 25 and 45 is a good ball-park.
