Why am I a lefty? Am I really a lefty? Actually, I consider myself a centrist, but our current prez is so far to the right that anyone with half a brain is now a lefty in comparison. I am a strong believer in the Constituition, and the rights it preserves for every man and woman to determine their own lives. I am a believer in the free market, as I teach economics, but not so blindly that I don't understand that the free market has flaws. Finally, I am an actor and writer, and the idea of censorship, so popular with the right, enrages me.

I seek a person who is smart and fun. Who has an ability to think about serious subjects without taking herself too seriously. I am also interested in a person who is reasonably physically active. An interest in theater, movies, and music would give us plenty to talk about. And an interest in sports would be a bonus, but not a requirement....even a willingness to go to the ballgame and enjoy a beer and the sun would be nice.
