I'm a 2000 Nader backer who has reconciled to get Bush removed one way or the other. I think political discourse in America is in a woeful state. NPR is the most reliabe source of thoughtful news and talk, in my opinion. Tom Frank's recent book on populist conservatism (What's the Matter with Kansas) makes very good sense to me.

A thoughtful, well read, funny, knowledgeable woman who can hold her own in a debate, but prefers loving to fighting.
