I am a dedicated Liberal Union member that is environmentally conscious and socially progressive. I have raised my children to be tolerant of people whatever their race,religion or sexual preference. I am appalled at the direction my country is currently traveling and feel betrayed and sickened by the NeoCons and their perennial War.I hope the election recount efforts will soon be pressed to the point that main stream media can no longer ignore them.
My roots go back to parents who taught me the values of what raises the least of us raises the bar for all of us in this country. By ignoring the poor and the disadvantaged and spending the wealth of this great nation spreading War around the globe does nothing for America and lessens our standing among the family of nations.
I'm a proud Union member and believe that every benefit for working people has been bought with the sweat and blood of Liberal and Progressive labor movements and their leaders.
I have 3 kids in college and a lovely 5 yr old granddaughter whom I cherish and I'm a workin stiff for a small Power Cooperative. I love to cook,read voraciously,sing at every opportunity and live with 3 cats. I love music,write poetry and enjoy cigars and a night on the town.
