Who I am |
Blue at heart girl living in a state that sadly went red. I love intellectual or political debate over coffee or a glass of wine. Watching foreign films is a hobby, as well as reading (currently I’m on a non-fiction kick) and writing fiction. I work in software development and testing, and am taking a break from grad school where I am going for my MBA. My musical tastes are extremely eclectic and range anywhere from some Billy Holiday to Japanese nu metal. I’m always open to trying new things. My favorite artist is Jackson Pollock; my favorite writer is David Sedaris. I'm an avid reader of The Nation and watcher of CSPAN, as well as, devotee of Air America radio and NPR. I also think people need to wake up, educate themselves and realize whats going on in this country. Neo-cons terrify me, and I'm a card carrying member of Americans United for the Seperation of Church and State.

Whom I am seeking |
Seeking someone that will challenge me intellectually. Someone that I can share my love of politics, espouse and debate my views, but also someone I can stay in with and watch a silly comedy flick. I’m a sucker for a dry or dark sense of humor. Preferably someone up on current events, but who likes to know the history behind them. I like a little mystery, and a little romance as well. If you find it sad that more people can name the three stooges than three members of the Supreme Court you're my type of guy.
