Who I am....Hmmm...Well, I am an outgoing, kind, independent, intelligent woman who enjoys making others feel comfortable and happy. I am fun-loving and love to play and tease. I am an optimistic person who seeks the good in others as opposed to the bad, a trait which at times has left me disappointed but one I refuse to give up. I am very loyal to those I love, almost to a fault. I enjoy doing many things from reading (everything from Anna Karenina to People magazine), to camping, to hanging out at my neighborhood bar, catching up on the latest local gossip. I enjoy all kinds of music and within the last couple of years I have developed a fondness for country music. If you had told me ten years ago I'd be listening to country, I would have told you to get a reality check. I also like going to karaoke bars occasionally. And yes, after a couple drinks, I will sing. And no, my singing is nothing to be ashamed of. So there. I work as an accountant and have been at my job 15 years. To the dismay of most of my family, I am a liberal person, very accepting of others in all walks of life, their views and ideas. I am an animal lover and my homemates are a 6 year old dog, Maggie, and a couple cats, Cassie and Missy. No, I am not an animal hoarder. I wish I could save more animals so to make peace with myself I try to volunteer a few hours a month working adoption events for a local stray rescue organization. Physically, I think I am an attractive person. I am happy with myself, but wish to be fitter, so I am working out a few times a week and try to eat healthy, although chocolate, peanut-butter ice cream has been known to be a downfall.
