I believe in the inherent dignity of each and every individual, regardless of race or class. Rather than isolate myself in the suburbs, I experience life everywhere. And that experience shows me that love is not determined by gender, integrity is not determined by the status of one's friends, and that unless limited by financial access, success is about connection to those two qualities.

Experience also shows that freedom of choice benefits all, much moreso in social choices than economic ones.

I love children, strong women, baseball, music, and anything to do with the water ... and not always in that order.
