My grandmother and grandfather raised me until I was 8 years old and the one thing they left me with was the golden rule (which, unfortunately, a lot of people conveniently forget when the mood strikes them): Do unto others as you would like them to do unto you. I think most of us lefties try to practice this motto and in so doing we include everyone rather than exclude those not like we are. For example the Republicans like to divide and conquer rather than bring everyone into the fold. Not all republicans of course but more than there should be. Positivity and good will to all is more powerful than the divide and conquer strategy, even though it sometimes appears to be the opposite. That is why I am a lefty! Lefties don't divide and conquer.

I am seeking a person to talk to and go to movies or lunch occasionally. Perhaps a trip to San Francisco. I love California and anywhere in California is fun. I am not really looking for any long-term relationship at this time - just good friends to talk to. I live in the Sacramento area.
