I'm an extremely curious person--I always want to know WHY things are the way they are. I try to understand the world--works of art, events, people, situations--on their own terms rather than mine, because i think that approach gives me a deeper understanding. Of course once all this is done I'm trying to make a joke with what I've learned  but I think that combination of curiosity, knowledge, and zanyness is my main strength as a teacher. It also makes me great company wherever I go My brain is usually overactive, which can lead to many tangents in a conversation. It'd be great to spend time with someone who can keep up with me, and enjoy it, or even challenge me to keep up with her. I'd love to meet a girl who shares the same sense of curiosity and playfulness I do. A taste for the absurd is a good thing, as is the ability to sense when there's some jokin' goin' down. Smart girls are the most interesting girls...but you knew that. If you weren't smart you wouldn't be reading this, of course.
