Into the whole liberal bag, baby... social issues, educational issues, political issues... I believe in the responsibility of participation in government and community. That said I think there are many valid, creative, non-traditional ways to participate, but I get frustrated with those aren't out there doing something. There are so many ways we can each make a difference every day... I value finding the small ways to make this world a better place to live.

No tv at our house, but that's not to say that I don't indulge when visiting friends and family. I am addicted to NPR and usually cap off the day's information intake with a quick stop at the Daily Show's website. I count on Jon Stewart to confirm my suspicion that politics in America are an absurdity.

Someone interested in witty, sarcastic, liberal banter over a cup of coffee. I'm not looking for serious, just the opportunity to have some intelligent conversation and pleasant company once in awhile. Let's laugh, shake our heads in disbelief, wonder about a conspiracy theory or two, and just generally be kind and liberal.
