I am a life-time Democratic. I grew up in a small, New England town in a lower middle class family. I feel that the Democratic party is more receptive to the issues that matter to me - these include equal rights for all, women's rights, poverty issues, health care, education, etc. I am against the War in Iraq and feel that the present administration is the worst of my lifetime and I have deep concerns for the future of our country. I am quiet until you get to know me. I would hope that others would consider me to a compassionate, sensitive woman. I try to always see the good in others and not make material things my priority in life.

I would like to meet and/or correspond with an open-minded man with a good sense of what his priorities in life are. A good sense of humor is always a plus as well.
