I care very much about social justice issues as I try to live my faith. My family is important to me. I'm a vegetarian, a gardener, and love walks in the woods with my dog. In the winter, I enjoy X-C skiing. I'm also an avid reader and interested in a variety of subjects. I'm reasonably physically fit and still working full-time. I've am involved in my professional bargaining unit (union). I would like, in time, to do more volunteering overseas.

I'm looking for a friend that shares my values. I'm not sure at this time about marriage, being the cautious type. A relationship would have to develop and we would have to see where it went. This person would have to enjoy animals and some of the same activities that I do. We wouldn't have to "do" everything, every minute, together. I believe most people need "personal space."
