I am a bright, professional lady who is open to meeting a compatible guy. Although I am semi-retired, I continue to work half time as a School Improvement Facilitator and volunteer some time working with disadvantaged youth.... making attempts to support a high poverty district from within...despite the current emphasis on high stakes testing....which is leaving even more children behind. I also teach grad classes at the local university.

His family and friends are very important to him. He should be warm, self-assured, affectionate, kind, active and independent. Intelligence, mindfulness and a sense of humor are critical as well as a desire to build a friendship first and then deep intimacy. Although we all have baggage, it is important he has worked (or is working on) resolving his past relationships and also continues to be a life-long learner.
