I was actually inspired to action by Gov Howard Dean during his presidential campaign and have been involved working on behalf of social justice ever since. Last year I was hired as the grassroots organizer for an issues-oriented advocacy group in the Iowa/Illinois Quad Cities. I am a spiritual progressive, committed to truth and justice... I believe politics is spirituality manifested. I am also the Social Justice Liaison at my church - a Unitarian Universalist Congregation - a good fit since social action is at the very heart of the UU principles. This is me.

I seek somone of like mind and spirit who has a passionate love of justice. I prefer someone close to my own age, with or without children but dedicated toward advocating on behalf of ALL children. I would love to meet someone with a good sense of humor, warm personality, analytical mind and a courageous heart.... hope thats not asking too much.
