I am a professional woman working for the State of ARizona. I minored in Political Science in college and was born a Social Worker. I come from very poor roots, have worked hard and have become an independent women who holds a high standard of ethics, integrity and strong feelings about the lack of justice we now see in our country and our government. In other words, I'm mad and I ain't gonna take it no more!
PS: I have an awesome sense of humor.

Other like thinkers. I am close to retirement and am looking to become more politically active. Although "partnering" or marriage is not on my agenda, since my husband passed away, I do miss the companionship and late night discussions of how things are and how they should be. I like to dance, ride horses, tell jokes, listen to C-SPAN and Thom Hartmann, and all the things "young" people like to do. It would be nice to meet others who may or may not have the same ideals and would be self-confident enough to challenge me in mine if they disagree- that would contribute to their growth as well as mine. "Whom I seek" would be people that see this country's government (the West Wing Mafia) disregarding everything we were taught was right; people who know the US government no longer represents "the Good Guys"; has a sense of responsibility for the world we live in and what it's to become; and has kindness, generosity, and is capable of accepting others' opinions, lifestyles, ethnicities, religions... be truly liberal in thoughts, deeds and actions.
