I am a 'Yellow Dog' Democrat. I am passionate about making the world a more 'just' place. I believe that greed is the cause of most of our world's problems including the destruction of our planet. Poverty breeds hopelessness. I am an activist and marched in Washington along with one million others in the March For Women's Lives in April of 2004. I am also an activist for peace. I don't eat beef or pork. I try to grow my own vegetables and fruits and herbs. I buy from local organic farmers whenever possible. I have two dogs and a parrot. I love music and dancing. I love to read. I am a spinner and weaver. I majored in Anthropology and have my own atlatl (prehistoric spear throwing invention). I was with AmeriCorps for one year. I recently was doing paralegal work for indigent people. I'm currently job hunting for that special advocacy job where I can be of service to others.

I seek a progressive man who has integrity and is not afraid to stand up for what he believes. He must be intelligent, affectionate, passionate, funny, and self-confident.
