I have always been inspired by my parents. They are both educators and raised all of their children to be progressive thinkers. They, also, have encouraged us to travel and learn more about the world which I have done in the last eight years or so. I love history and I believe it's important to see how other people/cultures lived [& do live], in order to better understand where the world is today.

My photo is my Brother & I in London on the 4th of July. The pub we are in is called The Shippe & is near the dock where the Pilgrim forefathers first set sail for the New World. Great little pub! If I'm a connoisseur of anything, it is pubs!

Basic interests: Travel (obviously!), reading, photography, cooking, music (all kinds), going to movies, watching sports (mostly College basketball & football, but can get into anything really). I like to spend time with my family. Also, I play kickball.

Someone who, obviously, shares a lot of the same interests that I do, but that can, also, teach me new things as well. Actually, aside from all the things I listed above, It's important that whoever I meet be liberal/progressive, but that shouldn't be a problem on this webpage! A good sense of humor is important (I've been known to be somewhat sarcastic myself). It would be great to just meet some people that share some of my views of the world. I have friends that are conservative, but I find it more & more difficult these days to have intelligent conversations with them (mostly because I question their intelligence because of their views!). If something more comes out of this then great.
